Saturday 4th April, 11 am to 4 pm- Easter at Goddards, Goddards Brewery, Hale Common, Branstone, Sandown, PO36 0LT

Come and enjoy the celebrations at Goddards Brewery this Easter weekend. There will be Easter-themed family activities, a vehicle showcase outside, and music upstairs in their fantastic restaurant! We will be there with some Ability Dog puppies to meet, and some exciting fundraising games to play. We look forward to seeing you there for a day of Easter fun.

Saturday 25th April, 10 am meet, 10:45 am start- Spring Tails' Walk, The Crown Inn, Walkers Lane, Shorwell, PO30 3JZ

Join us with your furry friends for a walk around the beautiful village of Shorwell. Admire the lovely natural scenery and a fantastic view of Wolverton Manor. The walk will begin and end at The Crown Inn, a welcoming and family friendly pub, that will be serving food from 12pm.

Monday 4th May, 12 pm to 4 pm- Newchurch Parish Mayday Picnic, All Saints Church, High Street, Newchurch PO36 0NN

Come and join us at All Saints Church in Newchurch to celebrate the May Bank Holiday with an afternoon of family fun! Bring along a picnic to enjoy in the sunshine, and enjoy some exciting activities, games and music. Our own fundraising games will be available, including our soft toy tombola, along with some Ability Dog puppies in training to meet. We look forward to seeing you there!

Saturday 16th May, from 12 noon - Fun Dog Show, Sandown Airport, Scotchells Brook Lane, Lake, PO36 0JP

Come and take part in our annual fun dog show. There are many classes to enter, including fabulous female, marvelous male, waggiest tail and many more! The prizes for this event are kindly being provided by Simply Jaspers, so come and win your dog some tasty natural dog food and treats, as well as a beautiful rosette! There is lots of fun to be had at this event.

Sunday 17th May, 10 am to 4 pm- The Isle of Wight Steam Railway Festival of Transport, Isle of Wight Steam Railway, Havenstreet, Ryde PO33 4DS

Join us at the Isle of Wight Steam Railway for a celebration of vehicles! Enjoy an historical journey through time, with a display of cars, trucks, bikes, buses and more; there will be something for everyone's taste at the Festival of Transport. Come and visit our stall at this event to play some great fundraising games, including our popular bottle tombola and soft toy tombola.

Saturday 30th May, 10 am to 4 pm - Newport & Carisbrooke Summer Fayre, Victoria Recreation Ground, Recreation Ground Road, Newport, PO30 5AH

We will be joining this exciting event with games to play, things to buy and our fantastic puppies in training to meet. We will be running a dog show with lots of fun classes available, and the chance to win a rosette! We will also be doing an Ability Dog demonstration, so come along to see our puppies in training show off the skills they have been learning.

Saturday 6th & Sunday 7th June, 10 am to 4 pm - Ability Dogs Gala Weekend, Sandown Airport, Scotchells Brook Lane, Lake, PO36 0JP

Our annual Gala Weekend event is a great opportunity to come and see the work we do and support Ability Dogs 4 Young People. We will have a variety of stalls from local businesses, entertainment, demonstrations, and a dog show on both days of the event, and a raffle with some amazing prizes to be won. Delicious food, drinks and ice cream will be available. There will of course be lots of Ability Dogs, Team Dogs and puppies in training to meet, too.

Saturday 11th July, 10 am to 5 pm & Sunday 12th July, 9:30 am to 4 pm - Royal Isle of Wight County Show, Isle of Wight County Showground, Cowes Road, Northwood PO30 5TP

Come and see us at this fantastic traditional County Show – we’ll be there alongside other charities and trades including farming and livestock, local produce and crafts. Our puppies will be putting on two demonstrations each day to show how we train our Ability Dogs to help people.

Saturday 18th July, time tbc - Northwood Cemetery Open Day, Northwood Cemetery, Newport Road, Cowes PO31 7ER

Friends of Northwood Cemetery are hosting this lovely event to educate and inform the public about the work done at the cemetery. The group are inviting other organisations along to spread awareness and fundraise! We will have some of our merchandise for sale, some brilliant games available to play, and puppies to meet! Don't miss out on this fun and informative open day.

Sunday 9th August, 10 am to 5 pm - Jag Club Regional Show (Autofest), Isle of Wight Steam Railway, Railway View, Havenstreet, PO33 4DR

Come and enjoy a fabulous day out amongst a gathering of truly splendid cars and vehicles of all types, both vintage and modern. With a full day of live music and entertainment along with many trade stands. Come and say hello to our puppies in training, and have a go at our fun games, including bottle tombola and children’s lucky dip.

Saturday 15th & Sunday 16th August, 10 am to 6 pm - The Isle of Wight Garlic Festival, Fighting Cocks Crossroads, Bathingbourne Lane, Sandown, PO36 0LU

With live music, children’s activities and garlic galore, this show is not to be missed! We will be there alongside the other trades and charities. We will have our usual fundraising games, with things for you to buy and puppies for you to meet.

Saturday 5th & Sunday 6th September, 10 am to 5 pm - Wolverton Manor Garden Fair, Wolverton Manor, Shorwell, PO30 3JS

Come and see us at the Island’s largest traditional garden fair, with craft stalls, dancing, cooking demonstrations, classic car displays, woodcarving, archery and much more. We will be there with games to play, things to buy and puppies to meet! We will also be putting on two demonstrations per day to show just how our Ability Dogs can help people.

Saturday 21st November, 7 pm to 10 pm - Ability Dogs Barn Dance, Riverside Centre, The Quay, Newport, PO30 2QR
